Teach Our Children Well: A Framework for Adult Social Emotional Capacity Building

Moving beyond survival (and even self-care) to build adult social emotional capacity requires consistent commitment—not just from leaders, but from educators collectively. In this session, participants explores the disciplines of attunement, alignment, perspective, collective efficacy, and organizational learning as levers to support whole educators and create and sustain deliberately developmental organizations. The session included personal reflections about educators' own strengths and growth opportunities as well as clear next steps to cultivate individual, team, and organizational capacity.
